No, and there is nowhere for them to go. This site has no upload endpoint. The file tools work on a local reference the browser gives them, and closing the tab discards it. If you disconnected from the internet after loading the page, they would still work.

Converting video in a browser needs a WebAssembly build of an encoder, which is roughly a 25MB download before anything starts and is slow enough on a phone that a few minutes of footage can take longer than the footage itself. Shipping that and calling it a converter would be technically true and practically useless. Almost always a codec the browser does not support, rather than a damaged file. The container and the codec inside it are separate things, and browsers support a narrow set of codecs. Protected content will also refuse, which is by design.

Not unless you have permission. Copyright protects a work automatically, and being able to view something is not a licence to copy it. Where a creator or platform provides a download option, that is a permission that has actually been granted and using it is exactly what it is for.

Treat that as the answer. Use the platform's own offline or export feature if one exists, retrieve your own uploads through your account, ask the rights holder for permission, or find openly licensed material instead. The absence of a download option is usually a deliberate decision by someone with an obligation.

No. Nothing here circumvents technical protection measures, paywalls, authentication or access controls, and nothing here explains how to. Circumventing a protection measure is separately unlawful in many countries, independently of the copying question, and this is a deliberate boundary rather than an oversight.

No. Nothing on this site logs into anything, scrapes anything or accesses content behind an account. The tools work only on files you already have on your own device.

The app page carries the official download link and states where the file comes from. If the link is not shown there, it has not been published yet, and no other source should be treated as official.

Any current distribution route is stated on the app page. If a Play Store listing is not linked from there, do not assume one exists elsewhere under the same name.
