Terms of Service

Short, and written to be read. Using the site means accepting these.

1. Agreement

These terms apply to A2Z Video Tools at https://a2zvideotool.site. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

2. What the service is

A collection of browser-based video calculators and file readers, plus written articles. The tools run on your own device. The site does not host user-uploaded video, does not fetch content from other websites on your behalf, and has no account system.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the tools with content you own, content in the public domain, and content you have permission to use. The copyright policy sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.

4. Prohibited activities

You must not use this site to:

  • Infringe copyright or any other intellectual property right.
  • Circumvent digital rights management or any other technical protection measure.
  • Bypass paywalls, authentication, access controls or geographic restrictions.
  • Access content behind an account that is not yours.
  • Break any law that applies to you.
  • Attack, overload or interfere with the site, or attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not public.
  • Submit false copyright notices, or use the contact form for bulk or automated messages.

5. Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for the content you process with these tools and for having the rights or permission to do so. The site cannot know what you are working with, and does not attempt to.

6. Availability

The site is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be available or free of faults. It may change, move or stop without notice. It is a free service run by one person, and it would be dishonest to promise an uptime commitment that nothing backs.

7. Accuracy

The calculators implement standard arithmetic and the articles are written carefully, but neither is a guarantee. Estimates are estimates. Check anything that matters before relying on it, particularly where a hard limit or a legal question is involved.

Nothing here is legal advice. The articles on copyright are general information, and copyright law differs between countries.

8. Intellectual property

The text, design and code of this site belong to its publisher. You may read, share and link to it freely. Republishing substantial parts of the written content as your own is not permitted.

Any third-party names mentioned in articles belong to their respective owners and are used only to refer to them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, including lost data, lost work or lost time. Given the tools run locally and hold nothing, the practical exposure is small in any case.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. The app

Black Hole A2Z is separate software with its own terms. These terms cover this website only.

11. Termination

Access may be refused to anyone using the site in breach of these terms, in practice by blocking abusive traffic.

12. Changes

These terms may change, and the date at the top will change with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised version.
